A high networth individual or HNI is a term used in banking and financial services for those individuals and families, that have significant portion of their net worth in terms of liquid assets.

WHAT IS A LIQUID ASSET?

Liquid assets are those assets that can be easily converted into cash or other resources. Typically these would be cash, (and equivalents) , bank deposits, stocks, and other financial products, for which there is an open market.
